Mission
Build It, Ship It, and Open the Door for Real Conversations About Selling Assets
Updated October 8, 2026. Regulatory-data references are current as of this review date and may be amended by the reporting agencies.
I built these tools around a practical gap I have seen: public financial reporting can inform research, but it does not itself create an asset-sale opportunity.
- For most FDIC-insured institutions, the FFIEC publicly provides Call Reports and Uniform Bank Performance Reports. Banks file Call Reports as of each calendar-quarter end; the FFIEC also says the public information is institution-reported and can be amended. FFIEC Central Data Repository public-data information (reviewed October 8, 2026)
- For federally insured credit unions, the NCUA reported a median total-delinquency rate of 69 basis points at the end of 2026’s second quarter, compared with 65 basis points a year earlier. This is the median institution-level delinquent-loans-to-total-loans ratio for the United States, whose national statistic includes Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands; it is not a dollar-weighted systemwide rate. Why I Built BankWatch Pro and CU Watch Pro
Regulatory reporting provides a starting point for research. I built BankWatch Pro and CU Watch Pro to organize that work; a public filing alone does not show that an institution wants to sell assets or that a transaction will occur.
So I did what I always do: if I can think it, I build it.
BankWatch Pro and CU Watch Pro were created to do one thing:
identify, analyze, and engage banks and credit unions about selling their performing and non-performing assets — in a single, intelligent workflow.
PlatformsTwo Intelligence Engines Covering the Entire Market
BankWatch ProThe Intelligence Engine for U.S. Banks
BankWatch Pro was built with one purpose: find banks that should be talking about selling assets, and give you the intelligence to start those conversations with precision.
When the industry didn’t build the tool, I built it myself.
What It’s Built On
I built BankWatch Pro as a research and business-development workflow around publicly reported information. It is not an FFIEC assessment or endorsement; the FFIEC describes its public data as institution-reported and disclaims a warranty for accuracy, correctness, or completeness. FFIEC Central Data Repository public-data information (reviewed October 8, 2026)
It is not a spreadsheet or generic dashboard. It is a deal-sourcing and institutional engagement engine.
Who It’s For

- Debt buyers
- Fintech companies
- Commercial lenders
- Bank executives
- Business development teams
If you need to find banks, understand their position, and engage them directly, BankWatch Pro is built for you.
Research Approach
- Public-record review — I use publicly reported financial information as a starting point, then review the relevant filing, reporting date, amendments, and current circumstances before I initiate a conversation.
The Intelligence Engine for U.S. Credit Unions
The NCUA makes individual federally insured credit-union Call Report information and Financial Performance Reports available through its Research a Credit Union tool. NCUA Quarterly U.S. Map Review—Second Quarter 2026 (reviewed October 8, 2026)
I built CU Watch Pro to organize public research; it is not an NCUA supervisory product or assessment.
CU Watch Pro was built to change that.
What It Does
I use publicly reported information as a research input, not as a proxy for a credit union’s transaction intent, portfolio-acquisition suitability, or an official supervisory conclusion. The NCUA’s data availability does not establish any of those inferences. NCUA Quarterly U.S. Map Review—Second Quarter 2026 (reviewed October 8, 2026)
Who It’s For
- Institutional investors
- Debt buyers
- Fintech vendors
- CU executives & boards
- Strategy & planning teams

- Regulators
Research Boundary
- Public-data research — Public Call Report information can inform my research, but it should be checked against the underlying filing and reporting date before use.
- Supervisory-rating boundary — Any product-generated analysis is informational only; it is not an NCUA examination, an official CAMEL rating, or a substitute for professional advice. NCUA’s current legal opinion states that a credit union’s CAMEL rating is part of its NCUA examination and may not be disclosed. NCUA, “Disclosure of NCUA Examination Reports” (current; reviewed October 8, 2026) Qualified counsel should review any use or characterization of supervisory information.
From Data to Deals — Not Just Dashboards
Most analytics tools are passive. They show charts, tables, and ratios — and then hand the work back to you. These platforms are built to move:
- From Data to Insight — AI interprets institutional data and tells you the financial story.
- From Insight to Decision — Dashboards surface risk, opportunity, and direction.
- From Decision to Engagement — CRM and outreach workflows operationalize your strategy.
- From Engagement to Deal Flow — You build real, high-value conversations with banks and credit unions.
I designed these tools to bring my research and business-development workflow together. Readers should evaluate the current product through a demonstration and written documentation, rather than a claim of market-wide uniqueness.
Final Word: Builders Have the Advantage
I believe the advantage comes from building practical workflows and having direct conversations about liquidity.
I built BankWatch Pro and CU Watch Pro to support that approach; readers should assess the tools against their own requirements and alternatives.
If you’re a strategist, lender, fintech, investor, or debt buyer who wants a real edge, these platforms were built for you.
